How to spot exam anxiety in your teen and how to help them

It’s that time of year again.

Exam/revision time.

Interestingly, signs of exam stress like irritability, trouble sleeping and lack of communication are actually the signs of a typical teenager so it can be hard to spot!

There’s an awful lot of pressure on kids these days often from school whose motivation for getting the top results isn’t actually for the child’s benefit. Call me cynical!

There are lots of techniques I can teach to help stay relaxed under pressure and hypnotherapy to help reduce those worries. I can’t say that you’ll go skipping into an exam room filled with joy but it can make it a more comfortable experience.
