Anxiety, Panic Attacks and Depression

Do you feel tense and on edge with a sense of dread? Do you dwell on negative memories and feel as though other people are judging you? I can help you.

Anxiety is an ever increasing issue with over 8 million reported anxiety cases in the UK and with women twice as likely as men to be diagnosed with anxiety disorders. Recently there has been an increase in anxiety and depression in young people with a shocking lack of support for mental health issues generally within the NHS.

10% of all people in England will experience depression at some point in their lifetime. Whilst hypnotherapy cannot help people who are bipolar (formerly known as manic depression) it is wonderful at lifting someone out of what is called environmental depression. Environmental depression is caused things that happen in our everyday lives for example prolonged stress, the loss of a loved one or a traumatic event.

Panic attacks are a terrifying experience for anyone who suffers with them, often so severe that the sufferer believes they are dying or having a heart attack. They can be so frightening that the sufferer stops going out or living their life for fear that an attack could happen. NICE (The National Institute for Clinical Excellence) recommends hypnotherapy for the treatment of panic attacks.

Anxiety, depression and panic attacks can be very debilitating for those that experience them but there is another way. A kinder, gentler and more natural way out of your darkness.
