I have tried this over a period of three nights. The first night I was aware of all that was going on and was extremely relaxed and fell asleep somewhere towards the end of the recording.
On the third night, I have no recollection of when I fell asleep. I had a very deep sleep for a long time. When I awoke I was rested and ready to face whatever the day ahead had in store for me, this being a Monday as weel, was indeed a fantastic feeling as I never sleep well on a Sunday night.
My sleep pattern was at best fitful and sporadic. I often found that I spent a lot of my time thinking of what I am going to be doing the next day in work/what I have outstanding/general work related problems. This helped me put those thoughts and issues “to bed”.
I would recommend Helen’s hypnotherapy for sleep, it certainly works for me.
