S.A.D. or Seasonal Affective Disorder is no laughing matter. One in 20 people in the UK are diagnosed with the condition with many more undiagnosed.
What is S.A.D.?
S.A.D. is a type of depression that is felt seasonally or at certains times of the year. It affects more men than women and can be experienced in summer and winter.

* Talk to someone
A friend, your mental health first aider at work or a professional
* Look after your physical health
Eat well, cut back on the alcohol, sleep well and keep active.
